Business Advantage Pro is the perfect option for growing companies who need to take advantage of professional call management functionality and want to proactively manage inbound calls. For example, the welcome greeting helps give your business a professional persona for dealing with inbound customer calls. You also have the facility to hold callers in a queue until an operator is available, and the ability to play music to callers in the queue or on hold.

Control Panel    
A Web based management facility that allows you access and administration for your number and service via the Internet in real time.
Remote Access    
No matter where you are, you're able to dial-in by telephone and retrieve Voicemails, or you can access your Administration Centre that provides you with the facility to change and control your services. Remote Dial-in Access is available for free at no extra cost!
Call Statistics    
A comprehensive web based tool bringing you inbound traffic statistics to create management information at the touch of a button.
Call Forwarding    
Our most basic call forwarding option provides you with the ability to route calls to the number of your choice.
Greeting Message    
Add an automated personal greeting or welcome message when calls are answered. For example, "Welcome to Invomo please wait whilst I transfer your call"
Out of Office    
Allows you the ability to control the set up of your hours of business for your number and where the calls are directed during this given period, and afterwards this can be controlled by a Time / Date routing plan.
Call Divert    
Control your calls by directing them to where you need them to go if the number is unanswered or busy. You can divert your calls to three alternative numbers e.g. a mobile, home number or voicemail etc. You can set the amount of time the call will ring before being directed to an alternative number. Any changes made to your destination number are instantly activated.
Voicemail    
A voicemail solution that can either store messages in a mailbox for retrieval (web or voice) or relay them to your email address.
Call Queuing    
Your callers will hear a short greeting message and if all your destination phone lines are busy, will be held in a queue and hold music is played. Once a destination phone line becomes available, the callers are released on a first in first out basis, and are automatically connected.
